Privacy Policy
Regulars is designed to help adults attend recurring groups without turning members into public content.
Information we collect
We collect account and contact information, birthdate for the 18+ rule, approximate home county, activity and availability preferences, seat claims, attendance, messages, safety reports, device tokens, and subscription or entitlement status. Hosts may complete identity verification through Stripe.
How we use it
We use this information to operate recurring groups, protect members, resolve county availability, deliver reminders, prevent abuse, process purchases, and understand consented product performance. We do not sell personal information.
Public information
Public pages may show counties, activities, public venues, Standing descriptions, dates, and a host first name. Member contact details, surname, birthdate, attendee lists, home location, and exact private coordinates are never publicly indexable.
Providers and retention
Stripe, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, infrastructure, email, and analytics providers process only the information needed for their service. Payment credentials and identity documents are held by the payment or verification provider, not Regulars. Account-deletion requests hide the account immediately and are anonymized or deleted within 30 days, except records we must retain for safety, fraud, tax, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may access, correct, export, or delete your account. Analytics and push permissions follow your device and consent choices. Contact privacy@findyourregulars.com for a privacy request.
